1993 "La Liebre" Super Sport Chileno
The origins of the legendary “Liebre” restored by Cars and Coffee Chile date back to 1970, when Boris Garafulic and Claudio Ibarra sent their two 1968 Ford Falcons to Argentina—specifically to Baufer—to have them modified with the goal of competing against the Pronello “Liebre” cars that were arriving in Chile around that time and were unbeatable.
Baufer decided to create something similar to the “Liebre” cars, with more aerodynamic front ends and “Fastback” rear ends. Inside, it remained a Falcon, equipped at the time with a Boss 302 engine, and on the outside, the only parts retained from the Falcon were the taillights and a few details. The car raced from 1971 to 1994, undergoing numerous modifications over the years. This specific variant raced between 1991 to 1994, with less-than-stellar results but still participating in most races."

We consider this mod a "fun mod"; our goal isn't to create the most realistic version, but rather to let everyone enjoy a car that most of us probably haven't seen. Hope you enjoy it!
Maybe we recreate a few more chilean cars!!
